Cranial 9 (C9), Sitting, Seeing, Sensing

In C9 we will focus on Guzay's Theorum and working with the muscles of mastication.

We will practice sitting still, noticing our intention in asymmetric contacts, but 'doing' nothing.

The anatomical focus will be on the spiritual and embryonic journey from conception to birth.

The technical focus of this class will be upon interaction options; the shamanic focus will be upon Life Story.

The meditative focus will be on the four stages of sitting practice.

We will also learn the art of working with the muscles of the cranial base, hyoid, and upper neck.
