Cranial 7 (C7), Unwinding as a Spiritual Practice

This class combines meditation, creative intention and unwinding in three-hour healing sessions that are designed to bring the body of the work together.

The central focus is upon unwinding the mandible, in the shamanic manner, for three hours.

Students will also learn a protocol to enhance the function of the cranial venous sinuses.

The hands-on work is complemented by small group and diad work designed to demonstrate the many different ways that sacred space can be created.
