Cranial 10 (C10), Stillness, Silence and Dream

The C10 class focuses on the use of the acupuncture and trigger points of the head in craniosacral work. It also dwells upon the use of homework, vision quest and dreamwork.

The interrelationship between the maxillary lesions and sphenoid motility patterns will be studied anatomically and experientially.

We will also study craniosacral approaches to whiplash injury and to the concept of 'stacking'.

We will work with interpretation of gesture, posture and language in diads, using simple facilitation tools such as repeating questions, and bioenergetic contacts. The 'Healer's Contract,' homeostatic threat, and the importance of boundaries, dogma and psychological set will be presented.

Our meditation practice will center on silence, and the pathways a therapist can use to help create and deepen silence.
